1. Acceptance of Terms

2. One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one (1) swn99 account. Opening multiple accounts, whether under the same or different identities, is strictly prohibited. swn99 may merge or close duplicate accounts and may withhold any balances pending investigation.
3. Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. swn99 will never ask you for your password. Any activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been authorized by you.
4. Identity Verification (KYC): swn99 is required to verify the identity of all players in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and PAGCOR requirements. You may be required to submit a valid Philippine government-issued ID (e.g., PhilSys ID, passport, driver's license, UMID) and proof of address. Withdrawals may be withheld until KYC verification is complete.
5. Account Suspension: swn99 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at its sole discretion, including where swn99 suspects a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or where required by law or regulatory directive.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

1. Currency: All transactions on swn99 are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). swn99 does not accept foreign currency deposits directly.
2. Accepted Payment Methods: swn99 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Additional payment methods may be made available from time to time at swn99's discretion.
3. Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are as specified on the swn99 cashier page and may be updated periodically.
4. Deposit Processing: Deposits via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited to your swn99 account instantly. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) business day to process.
5. Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes specified on the swn99 cashier page. swn99 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal.
6. Own Funds: You may only deposit funds that belong to you and that have been obtained through lawful means. swn99 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources.
7. Inactive Accounts: Accounts that have been inactive for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be subject to an inactivity fee as specified in swn99's fee schedule. swn99 will provide reasonable notice before applying any such fee.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

6. Game Rules & Fairness

• Attempting to reverse, charge back, or dispute legitimate transactions;
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by law;
• Allowing any third party to use your swn99 account;
• Any conduct that swn99 reasonably determines to be harmful to the integrity of the Platform or other players.

swn99 cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities and regulatory bodies, including PAGCOR, in the investigation of any suspected prohibited conduct.

8. Intellectual Property

1. All content on the swn99 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall design and layout of the Platform, is the property of swn99 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

3. swn99's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your swn99 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
4. swn99 shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, government actions, internet outages, or third-party service failures.
5. Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude swn99's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.

10. Privacy & Data

14. Amendments
